Scope of Work

CBM serves as the dedicated post-production arm for WiT Group's Columbia clients.

Long-form episodes — full multi-cam edits with shot switching (1, 2 & 3-shot), clean cuts, professional audio mixing, captions and on-brand graphics.
Short-form clips — hook-first vertical clips pulled from episodes, modern captions, built to stop the scroll and convert.
Brand polish — thumbnails, promos, and graphics as needed to support each client's identity.

Partnership Tiers

Transparent, scalable pricing built around your monthly volume. Each tier is a flat monthly retainer — no per-invoice back-and-forth. Tiers scale as your Columbia client base grows.

Recommended starting point: Walking — sized for your current Columbia volume, with a clear path to step up into Running and Scaling as your roster expands. Once volume crosses a tier threshold, we simply move up to the next tier. Custom enterprise volume available on request.

Engagement & Terms

Billing

One-time onboarding deposit (one month) due at signing; recurring monthly via secure Square payment link.

Term

6-month initial term with a 30-day fit window (14-day notice during the window). After the term, continues month-to-month with 60-day notice to conclude.

Turnaround

One-week turnaround per deliverable once raw files and notes are received.

Revisions

Up to 2 revision rounds per video included; additional rounds quoted separately.

Onboarding

Our portfolio serves as proof of standard. The engagement begins directly upon signing, with the first production cycle confirming workflow and fit.

Confidentiality

Mutual confidentiality and non-circumvention. Client materials are handled securely and never shared.

Classification

CBM engages as an independent firm (LLP). All production is managed and delivered by CBM.
